Francelina Perdomo Klukosky is an intellectual property attorney whose career spans law, brands, entertainment and technology.
Born and raised in Santo Domingo, her path has taken her from private practice and entrepreneurship to New York law firms and the business of entertainment. Her experience as legal director at Rimas Entertainment gave her a firsthand understanding of how creative businesses operate and how intellectual property, talent and brands translate into commercial value.
Today, as Counsel at Saul Ewing LLP in New York, Francelina advises brands, in-house teams, creators, influencers and digital-first businesses on protecting, managing and maximizing the value of their intellectual property across platforms and markets.
